User manual to Modx

We all know Modx is GREAT and there is alot of help for developers on how Modx can be used/modified.
What i did not find yet is an end-user manual for Modx that includes the basics on how to create pages, how to insert images, how to upload media etc etc.

Would anyone know if such a manual exists?
