Is it possible to create a collection of elements and resources that would be easy for someone with little knowledge to install? Or even for someone with knowledge to not have to go through the hassle of creating each snippet,chunk,tv,template etc...
For Evolution or Revolution?
For Evolution, when you do the install you can select a bunch of addons that come prepackaged. These are the most commonly used ones.
For Revo, adding packages is the easiest thing! Just go under System->Package Management->Download Extras

I’m holding off of working with Revo for now on the assumption that Evo has better support and more snippets available. Maybe it’s time I give it a try, I’m assuming upgrading to RC1 will be easy if I’ll need to.
