Friendly path URL

    Hello!

    I run my MODx site locally on Apache, with friendly URLs enabled.

    But the instant I enable the friendly alias path, my site stops working and the requests previously "//aki/modx/" (local) are routed to "www.aki.com/modx".
    The .htaccess file is unmodified.

    Any ideas?

      You did rename the ht.acces.txt in .htacces because i don’t understand what you mean by the fact that .htacces in unmodified. Also be sure that you have mod_rewrite support in apache.

          Yes, usually anyway, if you output phpinfo it will list under Apache - Loaded Modules.
