Have you download the SVN binaries for MAC OSX ? They aren’t in the SVNx Package !
you have to install it to make svnX works.
svnX is only a GUI (Graphical User Interface)

haha. I have been working with macs for as long as I have known what a computer is. It still took me several (frustrating) hours to figure out that had installed a GUI for a program I had not installed yet. Maybe they should put a link right on the download page for the SVNx GUI?
