Freelance Modx developer needed to complete a piece of work

My name is Mark Fischer. I am national organiser of a small political organisation which publishes a weekly newspaper. The paper has an on-line readership of around 12,000. We have a website – cpgb.org.uk – which we are in the process of transferring to the modx CMS platform. The website is, in essence, structured around articles from the paper, although this will change in the future.

The individual who was working on this project can no longer commit any time and we need to bring in a professional to complete the work. Much has already been done, including the transfer of articles from our existing database, but we need to have the new design coded in css, templates created, and various bells and whistles implemented – ie, a search facility, readers being able to create accounts, post comments and publicise events, amongst others.

I am quite busy at the moment and leaving for a short holiday next week, so I wont be able to help you out right now, though I do think this would be a very interesting project to work on.
