The forum and searching...

    Hi all,
    Just been trying to search for the word newspublisher in the search box and th forums are bringing up threads that were posted in 2006....I’ve definitely used the word newspublisher in a very recent thread and I’ve also come across other users that have posted about newspublisher recently with the word on their post.Is it because I’m searching correctly?

      The forum search is very unreliable.

      What works best is to use google, and specifying site:modxcms.com - Google indexes us pretty well smiley


      The core team is working on new forums which should have a better search, as well as SSO with the rest of the MODX utilities.

        Thanks, just thought it was me going nuts as Im sure most of the questions I have, have been answered before.

        Will use google instead as suggested.
