A number of menu navigation strategies make use of a hover state to show other choices. Which doesn’t work, as best as I can tell, on an iPad (or other touch unit). An example would be the Wayfinder dropdown menu.
How are folks adapting existing sites/menus to accomodate being viewed by an iPad? (Note that this is not a question of substituting a different template for a small screen mobile device.) Is it just being ignored for now?
