Twitter App for managing site stuff

I am looking for an app to manage the interaction of Twitter and
possibly Facebook with my website. So far I have looked at:
(I am in Windows)

- Hootsuite
- Seesmic
- Twitterfeed
- Twaitter
- Twuffer

I would like scheduling tweets, send blog posts to twitter and facebook,
and other stuff I probably I dont even know I need yet... but the more
I read, the more confused I get.

What are you using?
Do you highly recommend one of the above?
What works and what does not?

How about ping.fm in combination with http://twitterfeed.com/ ?

http://www.tweetdeck.com/desktop/ is really good for managing multiple Twitter accounts and search columns. I tend to have a few search columns open that relate to what I’m working on and then respond to questions that pop up in these. It’s really helped me promote my design business as I can actually respond to people in my location. If location based stuff is important to you then http://www.twitterlocal.net/ is another great companion. You can specify a radius from any location and see all the tweets that people from within that area have written - great for a local coffee shop for example who wants to target people who tweet ’I really need a coffee’ within a 2 mile radius of their location.

Just a couple of thoughts.

I also add my vote for tweetdeck. I have a number of twitter accounts and facebook pages and the tool allows me to easily siwtch between and update multiple accounts at one time.
