EForm with Option Subscribe

Hi,

Does the EForm plugin have an option to insert the field records into a database as well as sending them through e-mail?

Basically I want to create a form with three fields (Name, E-mail and Comments) and a checkbox which when ticked the records are inserted into a database.

If there is an alternate module/snippet just list it down as well, I don’t necessarily need to use eForm to create such functionality

I’m using ModX Evo

Sorry I remember bruno17 posting similar setup but that was for FormIt on Revolution

Do not know if you could modify for Evo
