Hi,
Are you able to check if your database still exists? and log into it via something like phpmyadmin.
It sounds like either your database login details have changed or the database no longer exists or could be corrupt

Hi Aaron,
I have checked the database and it is existing [ size 329.26 MB, 39 tables ] . Also I could login into it using phpmyadmin.
What else I can do to solve the issue? pls help ...

I assume you’re running Evolution?
Once you’ve checked that the database still exists and the user you created and assigned to that database still exists and is assigned to that database with all privileges, the next step I would suggest would be to open the config file (manager/includes/config.inc.php) and make sure that the database information stored there is correct. Someone may have fiddled with it.

The first error appears to be a 500 error which is generally caused by permission issues. If your on linux make sure files are 644 and folder 755 (assumes host is using phpsuexec).
You should get a different error for connection issues if I recall correctly.
Also check the config file to ensure the correct login information is entered (manager/includes/config.inc.php).
Issue solved. The hostname [database server name ] in config file was not working. I changed it to another one and now it is working fine.
thanks for every help and guidelines.
thanks
