If you like using @font-face to style some text on your new site design, here’s a handy tip - DO NOT forget to set the site up in the first instance as www.mysite.etcetc when making your modX database. The new Firefox will ignore your @FF css declaration on windows if direct traffic visitors are arriving by tapping in ’www.site......’ and you have it set up as’
http://mysite......’ - if you are using friendly url’s you can get round this by altering the .htaccess file but setting up the DB at stage one will ensure a smooth Firefox/Windows/@fontface visitor experience. Cheers AL.
