I’m a big fan of RSS, and once in a while there’s a board on a forum that I want to check regularly, so an RSS subcription for it is always handy since I read my feeds daily. Today I decided I could use a feed for the Commercial Inquiries & Bounties board. I see that there’s already an RSS feed setup for it (click the button next to the board on the main forum page
http://www.modxcms.com/forums/), but that just shows recent posts. All I’m interested in is new topics, and from there I can visit the forum itself for any topics I want to read in full.
So anyway, I come to my point. I did some Googling to see how to customize the RSS feeds in SMF, and I found this great post somebody made on another forum:
