I have read this article few months ago, http://net.tutsplus.com/articles/web-roundups/top-10-most-usable-content-management-systems/comment-page-1/#comments
The author doesn’t mention MODx CMS in the list, but it is interesting to see how many people in the comments are suggesting MODx CMS! I think that MODx was the real winner in that Top Ten
