Just a question to some of you folks out there who may or not be php gurus, I am not much of a programmer type (yeah I am beginning to write the most basic scripts) and have seen a wide assortment of sites which freely share the generous work of php-javascript developers under the gpl, but I am a bit apprehensive to simply trust because I know how dangerous both php can be if used without the knowledge to fully understand what you are looking at.
My question is this: what sites do you guys trust to find safe and functional php code with a few tuts thrown in for good measure? I don’t want to be a cut and paste type forever, but I tell you, the knowledge which has been shared with me here has me already tinkering around on my own stuff, and I don’t want to have to ask "how do you?" questions forever. I have a bit of a list already of source and forums,even a site Susan had once mentioned (I think on her site), just curious to which ones you guys turn to when in a jam.
