single page gallery

Im doing a site for a dentist and he wants an image gallery of his rooms with some transtion animation as well as rollovers or fades for before/after images. Is this something that can be done in modx? If yes, i it something that clients can do, or just the designer.

There are tons of jQuery resources that can be easily integrated.
