Which features doesn’t your server support?

The help support at iPower said they dont support # InnoDB storage engine
          # MyISAM storage engine... I really have no idea what that even is... All I know is that when I uploaded Modx 9.6.3 to my server, I went to the install URL and the page just started refreshing over and over and over. It would never give me an install screen.

That doesn’t sound like a storage engine issue to me, but I do remember reading someone else on here was having the same issues with iPower and they never resolved it.

Might want to consider changing your hosting company then, it’s hard to find something comparable to MODx! wink

And you’ll probably run into the same issues with your host no matter what CMS you try to install since MODx in and of itself doesn’t really have unique hosting requirements and works in most environments.

Ha, just got off of a live chat with one of their "Technical Specialists" and they said it should work. I guess I will try again and hope for different results. Thanks for the replies everyone!
