you can use template variables (tv) for that
this part is the same for all maps so that can be in your template:

the rest can be per page pasted in a tv that puts the content in the template on the place where you put your tv tag e.g.
<head>
...
<script type="text/javascript" src="
http://maps.google.com/maps?file=api&v=2&key=blablabla-your-key-here"></script>
[*googlemapcodeTV*]
...
</head>
so create a textfield tv called googlemapcodeTV and make sure you link his to your template by cehcking the checkbox in tvcreation in frond of the template you use and your done.
then put the individual mapcodes for each document in that document in the tv textfield
