Writing a snippet: Finding all documents by tv

What would be the cleanest method of finding the pagetitle of all documents with a TV set to true?

I know you can use the getPageInfo() to get all documents by ID, by not sure if grabbing all the documents then filtering them out by the TV would be the most efficient method?

You can try ditto with filtering

If that does not work you can make your own ditto extender

I had contemplated that what I was doing sounded awfully like a ditto call. Then again I seem to have the unfortunate habit of being attracted to the hardest, most time-consuming solution.
