working process organization

Hi

I need to organize working process for several developers, so I stumbled at some problem. We use virtual environment for each programmer, like virtual hosts or so. And everybody has his own database and modx installed. So I can’t understand how to merge changes in snippets and chunks. Or should we use one database? Please, tell me how to organize it the best way.

I suggest using one db. Using more doesn’t work as the ids(documents, TVs etc) might overlap.
