Is there any way to auto generate a thumbnail from an .flv video file as opposed to manually associating an image with each file for users to click on?
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about - just click on "Guest Preview" and then one of the video tabs/categories. Right now, it’s setup to look for an image with the same name as the video file in assets/images/videos and if there’s nothing there, it will just use a default image (which is currently the case for all of our video files), but I’m trying to figure out if there is an easier way to associate appropriate images with each file.
Also, can video duration be determined through php?
