Ads on website (like www.modxcms.com)

I have recently noticed the ad placeholders and was wondering what the Modx team is using to manage these ads?

I am asking because I have installed adsmanager on a test site, but it is constantly misreporting the amount of views and clicks.

They use http://buysellads.com/buy/detail/15234

Ah right. That seems very US based.

i’m looking for a system to manage advertisments on a site i’m building at the moment. Either a modx plugin or an external supplier such as busysellads but UK based would be perfect.

Check into openx.org, it’s a bit more powerful and might do what you need.

Or Google Ad Manager, too.

I just need something where i can drop in some code where I want my ads, then the ability to report back to the advertiser the amount of click throughs and views.

I need extact control over who buys ads so buysellads.com is no good as it looks like anyone can go on and buy space on your site.

The adsmanager snippet would be fine for my needs but it doesn’t display the click thorughs or views correctly (reliably)
