whats the best way to do this in modx...?

I regulary have to add, remove and mark as sold, horses on the following page:

http://www.kilballyhorses.co.uk/horsesforsale.html

As you can imagaine being flat HTML the process can be long winded.

How would you go about adding this page to MODX so that new horses can be added easily, old ones removed and the order shuffled around easily?

i would set up each horse as a document inside a folder, display those documents/horses with Ditto and a custom Ditto-template on the folder document...create a TV (maybe checkbox) "sold" which will add an extra image to the document when ticked-off ( maybe also in combination with -> PHX, ChunkIf: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=31889.0 or TV conditional: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=5528 )...and unpublish or delete the document in order to not display it at all
