How do I adapt this menu?

Can anyone tell me how I adapt this dropdown menu so that I have the dropdown text smaller than the main menu text? I also need the dropdown boxes to be larger then the parent boxes.

Sorted, with a few hours of trial and error.

The only problem now is that I want to use SIFR on the main menu titles only.

But they don’t have a specific class of their own and i’m not sure where to add one.

I’m guessing maybe somewhere here:
