I’m sure there are a ton of post asking questions about friendly urls, so I’m sorry for creating yet another. But I can’t seem to find anything pertaining to my situation.
A Friend and Myself just built our first website using modx, and not knowing what we were really even doing, never turned friendly urls on. Now the website is over 350 pages old. The question is are we a little too late in turning it on now? I’ve played around with it and when I do turn it on I seem to kill all the silverlight/flash videos on the site. Which is a real problem since the site is mainly a library of videos. I have change the .htaccess and the site is hosted on Dreamhost, so the friendly urls work other then any of the page containing video, the flash video never loads. Any comments/help would be appreciated!
