So I have narrowed down my choices to the following project management apps, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with either program.
OneHub:

Solve360:

On a side note, if you haven’t seen these apps yet, you should check them out. Both are highly customizable and are very neat.
So the issue is this: Solve360 has a more robust feature set, namely integrating CRM with project management, but the project blogs, which is what people would have access to, is a little plain and it seems as though there may be a bit of a learning curve for some people to pick it up if they aren’t totally internet-savvy. Onehub is built more feature friendly, but it doesn’t include a CRM, so I would need to get another app to handle CRM. On the other hand, using OneHub and a separate CRM would mean that my sensitive data is in a completely different location, so I don’t have to worry about glitches in the system sharing sensitive data with clients and the like (even though I shouldn’t have to worry about this, as Solve360 has a complete set of permissions and authentication).
Also, while Solve360 has many features that should work very well, there will definitely be a bit of a learning curve before I am using it to its full extent. Other simple CRM programs such as BatchBook (
www.batchblue.com) and Highrise (
www.highrisehq.com seem to be more user-friendly with virtually no learning curve.
One more thing: the person who showed me Solve360 is actually the founder of the company, Steve. When I spoke to Steve, he told me that there are a lot of features that are coming soon, as did the salesperson from OneHub. As SaaS, I have no doubt that both apps will be rolling out new features all the time.
