forcing mootools toggle tab to stay open?

Hi guys, I’ve implemented a sweet login panel I saw here:

with the Weblogin snippet.

It all play nicely until I click the ’forgot password’ link to show the password reset form. when I click the forgot password inside the panel it’s simply closes the panel on me instead of showing the form.

So I’ve tried to make another toggle of show/hide inside the login panel but it didn’t work out for me. got too messy for a login panel

Anyone knows of a way I can keep the panel open?
anyone mind taking a look?

I cried for help before I validated the page. shame on me.
everything works as I want it now.

Glad to hear you fixed the problem with validation, but just a quick question. Did you need to change the JS in addition to the validation to get this working?

I only changed the template of the weblogin snippet from table to css. I didn’t need to modify the js of weblogin.
At first I thought that both scripts colliding and causing the panel to close, but once I validated my xhtml it plays nicely together.

I’m going to try to make a ’send-to-friend’ in either mooslide or this exact script and eform.
I once tried that with jquery sliding script and once the form was submitted the slide closed before you could see the success message.
That was why I wrote the question in the first place as I thought this is behavior is normal with mootools/jquery and that there is a known fix how to keep the panel/slide open..

but for your question, for this mootools script and weblogin I didn’t need to modify any js.
