CSS Menu strip

All,

If possible, I would love some help with an issue I’m having. I would like to have a two-strip navigation bar (something like that at http://www.visitlondon.com/).

I have started to customise the uvumi mootools script, but have found that while it comes near to working in safari, it fails to work in any other browser.

Ignoring the fact that the site barely works at all in IE, presently, does anyone have any ideas? I’m doing this for a colleague at http://pages.bfenthusiasts.com

Yep, the site under development is at http://pages.bfenthusiasts.com, and will use MODx to have reviews, a voyage recorder, integrated forums and gallery (we’ll ditch photopost, because it’s only ever been trouble, so any suggestions would be useful).

I’ll have to make snippets for many things, including pulling forum, gallery, review and user data, so will share those once stable.

Also, for anyone in my situation, I searched for dropdown bar, dropdown strip, horizontal strip. Now I know it is a dropline, so hopefully this post will provide a concentration for those performing searches and getting nowhere!
