I’m getting a green bar on the right-hand side of the screen and also the header and menu seem offset in IE6. There are spacing porblems on the three content boxes too in IE. Other browers are ok.
You don’t really need to add the extra hooks at all...
If all the external blocks are doing is holding images, why not just apply them as either one large background image to the body, or if that makes the file size too large, apply one image to the body and one to html?
No useless hooks, no box model hacking and simple as.
