CSS Hover and Visited

Hi,

I have a sidebar with this CSS code:

div.left a:link {text-decoration: none; color: black; }
div.left a:active {text-decoration: none; color: black; }
div.left a:hover {text-decoration: underline; font-weight: bold; color: #27408B; }
div.left a:visited {text-decoration: none; color: black; }


Everything works propery until a link is visited.
After a visit, then upon the next hover, the link will bold properly, but will not underline or change color.

Is there a better way to code this?

Try the above, I believe the order is important, if visited is after hover it will have precedence.
