Need help with code for hotspots on images.

I’m needing some help developing some code for hotspots on an image.

In the image I have 3 locations that I would like to put hotspots on, so when you click a certain location it will direct you to the page with the locations contact information.
Any help would be much appreciated!

You can use dreamweaver to simply create a imagemap for that image.

I dont use dreamweaver. Is there a way to do it with coordinates or something? I do use photoshop. Cant use photoshop to get the coordinates from the info screen? Im just wondering if i put the coordinates in the <img src> tag or in the css or something? I dont know...
