There are several edit in place plugins that look cool as well. I really enjoy using jQuery, the more I use it the more I am amazed at how cool it is.
I saw this recently also. There have been a lot of great new jQuery plugins lately. Check out their plugin page the next time you have a couple hours to kill and want some inspiration.

And yeah I am a jquery convert after toying with mootools, tried it and never looked back... it’s so powerful yet intuitive
