Hello all , I have made a web page using MODX. I have completed making it and moved it to a computer say a host which hosts my website. Now i have a main website where i should add the link of this web page. how can i do that using javascript? what should i do to host my website? My main website is hosted already. My website works internally in my organisation but how can i take it to the www?

Firstly do you plan to keep the website inside the organisation (behind your firewall). Either way, whether its hosted locally on simply uploaded to your webhost, you will still need a webserver and DNS for people to find it directly under its address.
Will the website have its own domain name (web URL) and I am not really sure why you might want to use JavaScript
If you hosting provider has PHP and MYSQL and enough space, you could possibly just upload it there under a sub domain or a separate hosting account if it will have its own www.mywebaddress.com domain.
It would help if you could explain exactly what you want to achieve to be honest and if there are any restrictions that must be taken into account. Then I think you may get a better answer from the forum
