Ecards - Any suggestions

Hi

I have a charity as a client, who would like ecards on the site, the idea being users would pay to use the ecard service... a fund raiser for them as its a high traffice site. I wondered if anyone had used server ecard software and if you could reccommend a package as this is an areas Ive never looked at before.? They use modx but I havent seen an ecard system for Modx.

Yes ... not sure about the revenue options with ecards ... however with the focus on green we think it might be an option. What we need is options for the implementation ... preferably with the components already built and ready to plug and play

The thing to do is to include a message on the eCard with a link to make donations. Then make the cards interesting and different enough that they add some sort of benefit that the recipient will be so happy to receive it that he will click to make a donation. Just an idea.

There are a lot of scripts for ecards, it shouldn’t be too difficult to adapt one to work as a snippet.

the budget didnt allow for lots of development, if its a success we might switch to a scripted/modx version...
