streaming live video on modx?

Hi all,
not so modx related, but my site is powered by modx so I allow myself the exception

I have a security camera on a camera server and I would like to show one of the cameras on a page on my site. I would like it to be real time and not statics image display.

any ideas what am I looking at and where to start.

I think this would be similar to embedding flash, but I could be wrong. What kind of streams do / can the cams output to?
