inline style cleaner?

I’m working on importing several static html pages made with some wyoming editor with lots of spans.
I was thinking maybe there is some sort of online/desktop tool that can help trimming all the crap out and leave only the markup I need.
something like http://isnoop.net/tools/css.php or http://www.csstidy.com/ for HTML

http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett/tidy/ is the only one I know of.

Seems like a simple online form with several Regular Expressions options as check boxes can do it.
