I have about 1/2 of those installed (I like to use Firefox when I need to debug something).
I never could get Firebug to work correctly for some reason (kept lagging for me)...
DownloadThemAll should be added, though. I <3 that extension when I need to mass download stuff like icons from LJ for use on my website (obviously, w/ persmission from the icon creators).
I disagree with some of it. Using an FTP Client that has no SFTP support is surely not good practice these days? I also prefer to have ftp and sftp integrated with my file manager rather than my web browser - it feels more natural.
A comment on the post itself points out that web developer has most of the functionality of the last three.
Web Developer is, of course, incredibly useful, as are lots of other extensions.

Very useful but now, on my machine anyway, FF often slows to a crawl even with everything disabled.

Edit textareas using an external editor, because it’s all text!
Right click on a textarea, select "It’s All Text!" and edit the text in the editor of your choice.
Time saver and great alternative to manager syntax highlighting plugins...
And it works with latest 3.0 RC1
