Quick way to grab a list of user's e-mails from the web_users table?

Is there a quick MySQL command that I could use in phpMyAdmin to gather all of the e-mails of my web users (with commas in between each of them, if possible), or some MODx resource that could e-mail all of my Web Users?

If you have phpMyAdmin, just select the web_users table, click on Export, and choose CSV as the type.
