CSS menu help

I’m using a flyout menu at http://greenmountaingringo.us/ and was wondering (well the client thinks it will make navigation easier) if it would be possible that when you go to

products => Salsa (the background colour changes for Salsa and the next level appears as it should), when you mouse over one of the tertiary elements that Salsa stays in the hovered colour, for as long as the mouse is over one of those elements.

Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Son of Suckerfish does this. Just follow the instructions and study the code. I use it on a site no problem. I can’t tell you why or how it works, I was just happy it did.

In the end I tweaked the second menu at http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/example_flyout.html

It does it without any Javascript.
