Nice free online color picking / matching tool

There are quite a few tool like this but I like this one which I recently found about : http://genopal.com/online.php

There is a full feature software available for OS X and PC too, but the free online tool is a good start... What do you use ?

On occasion I use http://www.stylephreak.com/cm.php mainly because I can export it to Illustrator or Photoshop.

The downside is that you can sit there for hours just playing with the slidey things

I hadn’t heard about either of these. I use ColorSchemer Studio. GenoPal is cool looking. style:freak looks like it would be a time vacuum but it is pretty fun.

I use these two for color selection:

Agave is a nice simple color-scheme tool for those of you who use Linux.
