Anyone know of a quick and easy "news ticker"-type script?

I need a simple news ticker that can be modified via CSS, and the "news" can be edited easily.

Basically, I just need something that can output this...

Update: This is a news update.

Doesn’t really need any special fading effects or anything. Just needs to switch to another item after X seconds.

Preferably, one that doesn’t have a "Powered by" or anything like that.

This could be done via Javascript that shows a queue of inputs given by MODx tags and preferably styled with CSS!...

Gah...why didn’t I think of that!

Yeah, if I had the news headlines as chunks, and then made something like RandomImage (but for chunks), that would solve that issue. But it would need Javascript to rotate through the various chunks.
Anyone know if Javascript can access ModX chunks like that?
