(Solved) Confirmation of Layout Bug

Hi All,

I have designed a site last year with Modx that I have tested on just about every browser on the top three OS’s. Recently the PR individual has reported a non-scrolling home page. The content below the sponsor section cannot be viewed and the page will not refresh to newest content. I would be greatfull if anyone can confirm this non scroll issue. The individual has stated she has tried three CPU with the same results and sent an SShot of what appears to be IE6 with a full scrollbar, indicating the problem. For the life of me, I can’t reproduce this and neither can others that I know who have viewed the site. Please visit the site to test this.

Works for me in IE6. Scrolls fine, and I can’t see any reason why it wouldn’t. Have you tried it in IE6 yourself to see if you can replicate this person says they see?

Scrolling works fine in FF2 on Ubuntu.

That squishy picture thing is cool, took me a while to figure out what was going on.

I had #wrap set to 100% on an undefined page height, causing the no-scroll in IE6. Thank you all for your help and suggestions on this. IE6 won’t go away soon enough, LOL!!!

Must have only happened in certain versions of IE6, because I had no problem scrolling in the version I have installed on my Ubuntu system (sirlancelot and I should form an Ubuntu crew).

Zap, how did you get IE6 to run? On wine?

I’m using CrossOver Office 6, but you can use Wine and IEs4Linux (or a Windows virtual machine, which is what I think I’ll do next to have IE7 and other Windows browsers also available on the same OS).
