Where I find a free set of icon web 2.0?

When entering "free web 2.0 icons" @gooogle.com (without the quotes) I get over 35,000,000 results... not sure exactly what you’re looking for though.

This industry is new therefore we are all noobs and we were all beginners recently too. There are no second generation Web developers, nobody’s grandfather put in long hours at the Web development firm, Web development was not talked about around your families dinner table when you were growing up...
One of the great things about the MODx community is that it is friendly and helpful to beginners and experts alike and calling people noobs is contrary to the spirit that everyone here has worked hard to create.

I can only second that... one day you’ll teach someone something because you’ve been there before, but more often than not, you’ll learn a lot ! You can’t be proficient in all areas, not even uber-geeks
or web renaissance man (like Dr ScottyDelicious, coding and designing... this guy amazes me... so do many others here @MODx but man, Scotty learning Cocoa and coming up with Command and Control, that was pretty awesome...)
Never be afraid to ask questions or you’ll become obsolete...

Normally, I would not have even said anything, and it is not THAT big of a deal. But the fact is, far too many "help" forums on the web turn into nasty little clubs that flame newcomers and pat themselves on the back. I can only imagine that this happens one step at a time; all starting with little comments. I really enjoy this community and I really want to avoid seeing it go down that path. But just so you know, I am not angry, miffed, annoyed or generally bothered.
