How to create a snippet with external php file ?

That’s enough, is a long time that I try to solve these two problems trivial

1 problem: I have to integrate a form composed of different php file (form.php, config.php, thankyou.php

I gave ’look at the forum but no solution, only confusion, loss of time

2 problem, too trivial, see username and fullname in weblogin.inc.php

Please if someone else in this forum Reply to entry that can send the exact code, so everyone can benefit from this post

Hi, not sure exactly what you are asking. Are you using Evolution or Revolution?

Have a look at FormIt for Revolution or eForm for Evo... if you still prefer a custom form snippet, then you can include external files simply by using a php include.

I’m an amateur, but the usual method is to move the PHP code into a snippet. Then place a snippet tag on the page where you want the PHP to execute:
