Tell if user has access to a resource without logging in as the user?

Hi all,

I’d like to make a permissions audit tool that allows you to see which resources a user has access to, and see which users can access a resource. Has anybody done anything like this already?

Does anybody know how to run checkPolicy() on a user other than the currently-logged-in user?
