Dynamic loading of Combo Content

Hey! Once again i have a question for you guys.

I’m trying to load the content of a ComboBox via a connector. Okay that’s no problem. But now i’m trying to pass the value of another form field to the connector - and i have no idea how. Any ideas? Once i achieved this i want to reload the contents if the other value is changed. Maybe somebody can help me.

var cb = Ext.getCmp('id-of-combo');
var s = cb.getStore();
if (s) {
   s.setBaseParam('myparam',cb.getValue());
   s.reload();
}
