GetPage Pagination

Is it possible to customize the pagination output in GetPage that I get something like this:
3 from 8 | next previous

I’m missing some Placeholders I had in Ditto. Like [+currentPage+] [+totalPages+] e.g.

for the total you could get some use of &totalVar parameter (see http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/getPage)
for the current page number (which seems not to be "supported") i guess you can get the post data with http://modxcms.com/extras/package/745

It works for now but I really hope that the templating is getting better as it was with ditto.
There are some important missing placeholders that we had in ditto.

• the current page is represented by the calculated page property
• the total number of pages is represented by the calculated pageCount property

I will update the documentation.

To get this: 3 from 8 | next previous

I used following placeholders:

[[+page]] from [[+pageCount]] | [[!+page.nav]]

Thank you both Sorry, I didn’t write my request very well, I was hoping you could please post your full code, e.g. the bit of html used in your template, and the code for the chunk (if there is one?).

I loved Ditto but am having trouble getting my head around how getPage and getResources are supposed to work together and have not had any luck implementing your solution yet. Any code you can share would be really appreciated!
