    Hi,

I know there are threads about this, however, none of them helped me out solving my issues.

I already followed a tutorial, with no luck.

    Steps:

    - I made a site locally on wamp (I didn’t use friendly URLs or anything related with .htaccess)
    - Then, I created a new database on the server with a new user and password
    - I made a new correct Modx installation (tried this 5 times)on the server
    - I uploaded /manager /assets index.php and ht.access to the serve
    - Write modes are okay
    - I made the import of the SQL file on the remote server
    - I am able to login to the manager, I can see my templates, snippets, etc
    - I’m get a blank page when I hit preview, my site is blank.. I can only see the manager

Note: I tried to upgrade the installation instead of making a new one after and before having upload the /manager /assets ...

Really don’t know what to do.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure if you did this, but I find it very handy to run the installer in update mode whenever transferring a site.

not sure if i get that part correct...you make a new installation on the remote server and then overwrite the db with the db-dump from your local installation?
