booking module , calender for renting out houses

Hi !

I have been using Modx for almost a year an like it a lot. Now i am trying to find a module so that my customers can prebook a rental house and choose dates directly on my site. do you have any modules in Modx for this purpose and are they any good?

I have also looked at the open source module real estate but i dont now if its any good.

Hi

as far as I am concerned you can easily set up an EForm call which will send the inputed data to your email.

There is also another way to create a customised snippet which will collect the data on front end and display it in modules section in backend with easy to admin functionality.

I have done a property site but did not have a booking section only a FAQ section where users post questions and in admin manager can control each post: edit / publish /ignore etc

Since i am not a developer i would need someone to build this function for me . Would you be interested in building this function? Or do you now any relevant forum to post this messages? The snippet should nt be to difficult to build if you know what you are doing.

some features would be like that the customer can search for availability, price, type of property (eg, villa, castle,)
