Doc Manager vs Super Fast

I tried to install superfast today. I got it to show up, but when I hit submit, nothing got updated. So, I don’t know if it’s better, but it seems to have way more features than docmanager1.1.
I’m trying to add default/temporary content to a TV across like 15 docs. This seemed like it was going to be easy with superfast, but of course it wouldn’t update.
I can’t figure out how to do this with Docmanager. Is this something it can do? Is there another module that can?
