White Screen when I go to the Manager

memory_limit 8MB?
can you increase it, about 24MB?
try drop your modified php.ini to your root folder.
your CGI server may use that.
EDIT:
check your files inside manager, instead.
perhaps something changed.
your main website is still running.
don’t mix the 0.9.6.3 files with 1.0.2.
just overwrite everything from 1.0.2, EXCEPT the config file.

If it installed, and you can see the default home page, then you’ve got mysql. I’ve installed 0.9.6.3 with a default memory setting of 8mb with no problems, so I doubt that’s your problem either.

Try uploading the manager folder again; some files may have gotten corrupted the first time.

Oke done.
I updated every thing to 1.0.2.
I updated my php.ini to 24M
Yes thats correct my Main site is still running but my manager is still blank.
And now?

try refresh your browser, empty all cookies.
run the installer again >> upgrade

Oke I install it again the install goes well but when I click on remove the install folders I go to a blank page. Than I go to the /manager and it is still blank.

remove any .htaccess file

Oke I remove any .htaccess file and I the manager is still blank.
Sorry for my late post I was on school they blocked port 21 there o.o

I didn’t solve the problem but I have my manager back
I put everything in a map put modx in the root and use the old database.
I put all the necessary files back and its working.
